Tree, Shrub & Stump Removal

Safe, professional removal of unwanted, dying, and dead trees, shrubs, and stumps. Licensed, insured, and serving Central Kentucky since 1957.

Professional Tree, Shrub & Stump Removal

We always try to save a tree first. But when disease, structural damage, or safety concerns make removal the right call, we have the crew and equipment to handle it.

Our team uses proven techniques to take down trees and shrubs with minimal impact on your yard. We work carefully around structures, power lines, and landscaping.

After the tree comes down, we grind the stump below grade so you are left with a clean surface — ready for new plantings, grass, or whatever you have planned.

From assessment to cleanup, we handle the full job so your property stays safe and looks right.

Why Professional Removal Matters

Safety First

Dead, diseased, or structurally unsound trees are a serious hazard. They can fall on homes, vehicles, power lines, or people. Professional removal eliminates the danger before it becomes an emergency.

Property Value

Dying trees, overgrown shrubs, and old stumps drag down curb appeal and property value. Removing them opens up your yard, improves sightlines, and prepares the space for new landscaping.

Right Equipment

Large tree removal requires bucket trucks, cranes, and professional rigging. Our fleet and trained crew handle jobs safely that would be dangerous and impractical for a homeowner to attempt alone.

Our Removal Process

1. Free On-Site Estimate
We visit your property, assess the trees or shrubs that need removal, check for obstacles like power lines and structures, and provide a clear, written estimate. No surprises.
2. Plan the Job
Our crew plans the safest approach — determining equipment needs, drop zones, and rigging strategy. For trees near structures or power lines, we bring in our bucket truck or crane.
3. Safe Removal
We take the tree or shrub down in controlled sections, protecting your property and landscape every step of the way. Our team follows strict safety protocols and uses professional-grade equipment.
4. Stump Grinding
After the tree is down, we grind the stump 6 to 8 inches below grade. The area is raked clean, and the wood chips make excellent mulch for your other plantings.
5. Complete Cleanup
We haul away all debris, rake the area, and leave your property clean. If you want topsoil and seeding to restore the spot, we handle that too.
